We understand how important it is to have dental care that fits your life, and a big part of that is finding a dentist who accepts your insurance plan. No one wants the hassle of submitting their dental bills to their insurance company and fighting with them for coverage. That's why we take care of billing your insurance and advocating for services when we feel they are in the best interest of your and your family's oral health.
We receive many calls inquiring about dental insurance and, specifically, which plans we accept. While it would be impossible to list every insurance plan we take, we wanted to offer at least a partial list so when you're looking for the right provider, we can hopefully take some of the guesswork out of it.
Which Insurance Plans Do You Accept?
One plan that we get asked about frequently that we do not accept, unfortunately, is the Oregon Health Plan. However, our Hillsboro dental office does accept most PPO insurance plans, including:
- Aetna DHMO
- Aetna PPO
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
- Cigna PPO
- Delta (all PPO or Premier plans)
- Moda PPO or Premier plans
- A&I Benefits
- Pacific Source
- United Healthcare
- United Concordia
This is by no means a complete list, so if you don't see your insurance provider above, feel free to call and we can verify whether your plan is accepted.
What if I Don’t Have Dental Insurance?
If you are covered by an insurance provider that we don't accept, or if you don't have dental insurance, we will still happily see you. We can make financial arrangements for payment by check, credit card, or cash.
Another Option – Quality Dental Plan
We are also pleased to offer another option to both new and existing patients: access to the Quality Dental Plan. As a member of the Quality Dental Plan, you will save money on a variety of services, including fillings, crowns, and implants - and even cosmetic procedures. In addition to discounted services, all of your preventive care, including exams, cleanings, and x-rays, are 100% covered under the Quality Dental Plan.
The Quality Dental Plan can help make your dental care affordable if you're not covered by insurance, and can decrease your out-of-pocket expense even if you have dental insurance coverage.
We know finding the right dentist for you and your family can be a lot of work, and we want to help by keeping you informed and involved in your dental care. If ever have any questions about your bill, insurance coverage, copays, or deductibles or if you need to schedule an appointment, our front office staff will be happy to assist you by phone at (503) 336-9458 or by email using the online form available on our website.
